At 13 I was given my first real pencil set
and started drawing immediately.
Initially, I started off drawing characters from various animated films and comic books and animating them flipbook style. As a youngster I was part of the animation club and participated in several group projects. I then moved to New York City pursuing a career in theater. While in New York, I worked on several freelance projects for various restaurants, parties, and clubs promotional flyers. When I moved back to California my interest had already started to shift from traditional animation to CG animation. I love realistic shots and aspire to reach that ultra realistic look.
